Returns
angelrox pieces are designed with care to inspire joy while offering comfort and versatility for your busy life. we thank you endlessly for your beautiful sweet support, if you have any questions or hesitations, we’re here to help!
if an item is defective or damaged, please let us know right away so we can arrange a prompt replacement!
all returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of the order date.
items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all packaging intact for an exchange or refund. if you are requesting an exchange or refund and the product is not defective we kindly ask that you cover the shipping to get the item back to us and we will cover the shipping on the replacement item we send to you.
some types of goods are exempt from being returned. briefs, bras, masks, headbands & handkerchiefs cannot be returned. we also do not accept returns on Gift Cards
to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
obvious signs of use, wear, pet hair or scents on the garments
any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
refunds (if applicable)
once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. to avoid unnecessary expense it is a good idea to check in with us prior to returning something.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
late or missing refunds (if applicable)
if you haven’t received a refund after we have processed your return (which may take some time), first check your bank account again. if you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@angelrox.com.
sale items (if applicable)
only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. this includes all items in our 'sweet' category
exchanges (if applicable)
we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. if you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size please place a new order for the alternate item and return the original order which can be initated via your orders/account section.
gifts (if applicable)
if the item was purchased as a gift by someone other than yourself and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

to return your product, you should mail your product to: angelrox returns, 40 main st, suite 13-109, biddeford maine US 04005
you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and for exchanges. shipping costs are non-refundable. if you are making an exchange, please include an $8 payment for the return shipping to speed up the process.
depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
