we generally ship USPS but do occasionally use UPS for high value orders - if you have a preference you may indicate this in the comments field when placing your order. please let us know if you require a signature at the time of delivery.

we endeavor to ship as soon as possible when in stock and we will contact you if your order will not ship within a few business days of it being placed.

we generally do not ship first class for high value orders because we want to ensure adequate tracking is available. shipping is free for domestic (USA) orders over $100, $150 for Canada and rates are calculated for the rest of the world.

for domestic orders: economy shipping is $8 (2-7 days); standard shipping option is $12 for USPS Priority/UPS ground (2-3 days); and $32 for expedited shipping via USPS Express/UPS Next Day (1-2 days).
